This is from New Fairfield resident, Danielle Bournos directly and is something to lbe extra cautious of!
Last night (1/24) a man knocked on my sisters , nephew's & 1 of their neighbor's door around 8pm. He was had a different story for all. He wanted to come in & sell them siding or was collecting for the Fire Department. They came on foot as they could not see any car in their driveway. The police are aware & have gotten several calls about this. They can not seem to track him down. This happened in the Charcoal Ridge area last night but the police said this was not the only neighborhood this person has been in. They think it may be more then 1 person. Wanted all to be aware. Feel free to pass this on.
